Vast expansion Dieseko SliedrechtExtended capacity for depot, maintenance and repairs
Mid 2011, a first pile was driven as part of a vast new building project at the premises of the Dieseko Group in Sliedrecht.
The expansion involves a new hangar of over 900 m2 for the storage of new machinery, next to the tool shop for maintenance and repairs on the rental fleet. Underfloor heating makes the building energy efficient and roof shutters provide good ventilation and lighting. The hangar is equipped with a 20 tons indoor overhead crane.
Next to the hangar, a 800 m2 piled terrain serves as external depot for the rental fleet with another 20 tons overhead crane.
Both the hangar as the terrain have impermeable concrete floors. Two oil / lubricants reservoirs are placed for environmentally friendly disposal of ground water. The hangar is due to be in use by early 2011.
Simultaneously with the outdoor building activities, also a part of the head office at the Lelystraat was addressed. The main entrance and reception area have had a makeover and Sales employees are now based in a large transparent office. Details new building
